Wedding, sporting day, corporate function or private party, GinFizz Events can elevate your event and bring the WOW factor.
Our stunning, beautifully finished horse box bar will make your event one to be remembered. Internally fitted with a triple refrigerator and three draught lines, the bar is also supplied with two large external cool boxes to hold all the drinks and ice you could possibly need to have an amazing, fun filled night.
Our horse box bar can be decorated with fairground style and neon signs and gorgeous floral arrangements (check out our photo gallery) and we are happy for you to further decorate to suit your special theme.

Dry Bar Hire (£495)
the horse box, staff and equipment, while you provide all the drinks for us to serve to your guests.
This package includes:
- 5 hours service by 2 staff
- Full set up of insured and licensed bar
- Provision of 12oz paper cups, straws and napkins
- Large cool boxes to store your ice
- Temporary Event Notice (if required)
- Delivery of trailer within 25 miles of Surbiton (KT5)
You’ll provide:
- All drinks (including mixers)
- Ice
- Additional glassware or disposable cups to serve drinks
- Any desired garnishes
If you would rather that we looked after the drink selection and sourcing to suit your party needs, then why not go for the “wet hire” option below.
Bar HIRE (minimum spend APPLIES)
We’ll provide the horsebox, the staff and a fully stocked bar that includes the drinks that you love. Draft lager, IPA, cider and prosecco are all possible, as well as bottled still and sparkling wine, spirits and cocktails!
There are two options pricing models possible for the bar – Cash Bar or Complimentary Bar.
With a Cash Bar, you and your guests simply pay for your drinks as you go, card or cash accepted.
If you prefer to pick up the tab for your guests, you can choose a Complimentary Bar. You’ll prepay a set amount and we’ll keep track of drinks consumed throughout the night. We can give you updates on the spend at regular intervals throughout the night, according to your preferences.
It is also possible to run a hybrid of the two models, where you can put a certain amount of money behind the bar for your guests and then convert to a cash bar once that amount runs out.

EXTRA Hours
Want to party a little longer? Extra hours’ service can be agreed prior to the event at an additional charge. We can also provide service for a shorter period of time, drop us a message to discuss your needs.
Glassware
If you prefer to use glassware instead of disposable cups, you can either hire yourself or we can arrange hire on your behalf at no additional markup. With either option, we can help you determine what types of glasses to hire and how many you will need.
serve Your Very Own Gin!
Our gin partner, The Henley Distillery offer Gin Experiences at their stunning distillery where you can craft your very own gin (and they can produce as many bottles as you would like). Impress your guests and serve your own special gin as part of a dry bar hire. Subject to timing and availability – if you are interested in this option please contact us for more information.
Mileage
Travel up to 25 miles from KT5 is factored into our standard pricing. Additional travel miles are charged at £0.50 per mile.
Having a smaller event, or need an inside bar?
Where the horse box is too big for your needs, we can utilise our mobile bar to service your event! At only 1.4m wide, this bar can fit into a small space either indoors or outdoors. It is possible to connect up our draught beer taps, as well as offer cocktails, wines and sprits.
