As gin enthusiasts, when we started on this adventure we knew we wanted to partner with a premium, artisan provider that truly cared about producing a beautiful gin. Not only did the gin need to be amazing, but we wanted the business owners to be amazing too. We wanted to work with a producer local to South East England that was passionate, ethical, kind and fun. Enter The Henley Distillery!
The Henley Distillery is based in Henley on Thames, run by a small, family based team. Led by Master Distiller Jacob, they produce three spectacular gins (as well as some special limited addition creations). They also now have a wonderful rum range, called Temple Island (named after the island in the middle of the Thames just outside of Henley-Upon-Thames).
We offer The Henley Distillery’s delicious spirits as our house gin and rum offerings, and also use them in many of our cocktail creations!
Jacob is the heart and soul of The Henley Distillery and with a small, passionate team around him, he has created the first three editions of the now award-winning Henley Gin.
